- Go to work in flat ballerina's and change into your heels once you're there: this will make you shoe (and your legs!) last longer!
- Use gel- pads to get pressure off the ball of your foot
- Be wise and don't try to run anywhere with those heels
- Be wise and use the car or the bike when wearning heels
- Only leave the house as soon as you can WALK, DANCE and WALK STAIRS UP AND DOWN in your shoes!
