• Use gel- pads to get pressure off the ball of your foot

• Be wise and don't try to run anywhere with those heels

• Be wise and use the car or the bike when wearning heels

• Only leave the house as soon as you can WALK, DANCE and WALK STAIRS UP AND DOWN in your shoes!
